ORDERING
Scrip orders are placed on the second and fourth Mondays of each month and
delivered on Thursdays.
Orders must be received on Monday by 3:30 P.M. to guarantee delivery by
Thursday at the end of the school day. Late orders will be held until the
next order date.
If school is out on a Monday during the school year, then there will be no
Scrip orders submitted.
Scrip Orders can be dropped off in the office at anytime, and they will be
processed on the next order date.
Scrip Orders will be taken during summer break on a limited
schedule.

What is SCRIP?
The Scrip program at Peace Lutheran School is a year-round Tuition Reduction
Incentive Program that benefits your personal Statement of Account.
Peace Lutheran buys store and restaurant gift certificates at discounted
percentage rates, selling them to you at full value. You purchase only what you
would have purchased at your favorite stores anyway, and then use your Scrip
instead of cash, checks, or credit cards. There is only a $1.00 FedEx Shipping
Fee.
Then the discounted credit made goes to your Statement of Account (or as you
specify). These amounts are credited quarterly in January, April, July, and
October and show up on your Statement of Account as a "Scrip Tuition Credit."
Grandparents, friends, and neighbors can also order Scrip through you to
benefit your account.

Here's how it works:
Complete the Peace Lutheran School Scrip Order Form by the selecting the
Retailer to order, writing the Quantity and Total amounts.
If you are searching for a retailer not listed on our order form, be sure to
visit:
www.glscrip.com
to view the complete Retailer List (Alphabetically or By Category). If you
see your retailer listed, you can add them to your order on the back page of
the Order Form under Write in Orders.
Once your order is complete, tally up your order and write a check payable to
Peace Lutheran School. There is a $1.00 FedEx Shipping Fee per order. If your
shipping fee is not included in your order, then $1.00 is deducted from your
Scrip Tuition Credit amount.
Scrip Tuition Credit is based on the amount that you purchase and the
discounted percentage rate as determined by Great Lakes Scrip Center.
Discounted percentage rates and denominations are subject to change.
From time to time, Retailers will have Special Offers. For a complete listing

Orders and payment are collected in the office on the second and fourth Mondays
of each month by 3:30 P.M. The orders are then tallied and submitted to Great
Lakes Scrip Center. After the order is filled, the Scrip is sent by FedEx back
to the school. On Thursday afternoon before school is out, volunteers put the
orders together and deliver them to the office for you to pickup or to the
students to bring home.
The certificates you receive are either gift cards or paper gift certificates,
just like the ones you can purchase at the Retailers.
SCRIP certificates also make great gifts!
Scrip is perfect for teacher gifts, coaches' thank you gifts, birthday gifts,
and anniversaries. There are hundreds of nationwide retailers to choose from!
